Chris Webster has played significant leadership roles in a range of successful ventures, including Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage and brand enhancement in the US and abroad culminating in the sale of Christopher Webster Real Estate to Sotheby’s Holdings in 1998, the founding in 1982 and subsequent sale of Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company to Reynolds Tobacco (RJR) in 2002, participation starting in 1984 as an exclusive invited member of The Estates Club and 2015 purchase and assumption of the role as publisher of Leading Estates of the World, as well as the brokerage and collection of important historical art, to name but a few. He manages his family’s diverse business and philanthropic initiatives through Santa Fe, New Mexico based WEBSTER ENTERPRISES, founded on the west side of the historic Plaza in 1972. Patti Webster has been a principal involved in management and sales at WEBSTER ENTERPRISES since 1977, obtaining her real estate license in 1979 and subsequently specializing in residential sales and property management. Her professional prowess is especially evident with regard to her attention to detail, communication skills, and long-lasting client relationships. Patti received a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Christopher Webster, III joined WEBSTER ENTERPRISES in 2003 and subsequently became a principal and its Vice President and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Analyzing financial and investment opportunities, overseeing the firm’s equity positions, participating with numerous team members on the boards and advisory councils with which WEBSTER ENTERPRISES is associated, and adding creatively to the design and production phases are primary roles and involvements. Christopher is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker and has received three degrees – two from The College of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico in Creative Writing and Contemporary Music and one from X’pression Digital Media Art School in Emeryville, California in Sound Engineering. Christopher is also a creative and active producer, artist, writer, and musician having produced Xanadu (on Broadway) in 2008 which was nominated for four Tony awards. He is currently performing under his stage name, X24, and in November 2014 directed and produced the dynamic music video, Hipster Apocalypse.
